    Hougen 12121 21/32" x 1" DOC 12,000-Series Rotabroach Annular Cutter

    For use with Hougen® Portable Magnetic Drills and many competitive models on materials up to 275 BHN (28.5 HRC). They are made of hardened M2 high-speed steel and are precision ground for excellent performance throughout the cut and long tool life. They require less horsepower and thrust to cut, and last much longer than traditional holemaking methods. "12,000-Series" cutters have a 3/4" diameter double-flatted shank. Modified end tooth geometry is also available for drilling in stacked plate applications. For extended tool life and lower cost per hole 12,000-Series Cutters are resharpenable.

    Features:

    • Makes large diameter holes efficiently without the mess of chips
    • A hole produces a slug of material that could be used for another job
    • Hardened M2 high-speed steel material
    • Precision ground & fully fluted provides better chip evacuation, require less horsepower & offer better performance in deeper holes
    • 3/4" double flatted shank is very rigid & offers up to 2 times the tool life as compared to quick change tool mounting on competitive products
    • Only a thin area of material touches the outside of the hole which provides for less friction and a better hole finish
    • Patented hougen-edge geometry provides faster, smoother cuts, with less chatter
    • The tapered inner diameter provides a relief area between the slug & cutter to reduce horsepower & improve slug ejection
    • Up to 10 cutting edges distribute the cutting load evenly to maximize feed rates
    • The slug offers a higher scrap value than loose chips

    Shipping

    All orders are shipped within 36 hours, Monday - Friday from 9am - 4:30pm (EST).

    If your shipment is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements.
    Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted to the shipment carrier. 

    Order Tracking:

    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


    Shipping Rates:
    Orders are generally shipped within 36 hours using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and US Postal Service Priority Mail.
    We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

    Local Delivery:

    During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Sometimes, local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

    We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Restocking fee of 25% may be charged. Drop shipped items may be a minimum of an additional 5% fee on top of the 25% restock fee. Some items are final sale only.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
